Natural Rubber

made from latex collected from rubber trees, is an isoprene polymer.
It has good wear resistance, high elasticity, breaking strength and elongation. It is easy to

age in air, sticky when heated, easy to expand and dissolve in mineral oil and gasoline,

alkali-resistant but not strong acid-resistant.
Advantages: It is not heat-resistant and oil-resistant (it can be resistant to vegetable oil).

It is a raw material for making adhesive tapes, rubber hoses and rubber shoes
Application: It’s suitable for making shock-absorbing parts and products used in liquid with

hydroxide radicals such as automobile brake oil and ethanol.

EPDM rubber

is polymerized from ethylene and propylene
It has excellent resistance to heat, aging, ozone and good stability, but cannot be sulfur added.

In order to solve this problem,EPDM can be obtained by introducing a small amount of a third

component with double chains into the EP main chain and adding sulfur
Temperature:-50 to+150 °C ..
It has excellent resistance to polar solvents such as alcohols and ketones, and has good resistance

to weather, ozone, water and chemical. It can be used for alcohols and ketones and high temperature

resistant steam and has good impermeability to gas.
Weakness: Not recommended for food use or exposure to aromatic hydrogen.

Nutrile Rubber

is formed by copolymerization of acrylonitrile and butadiene. the content of acrylonitrile is from 18%

to 50%..The higher the content of acrylonitrile, the better the resistance to petrochemical oil, but the

low-temperature performance becomes worse.
Temperature:-50 ~+100 °C
Nutrile Rubber is one of the most commonly used rubbers for oil seals and O-rings at present. It has

good resistance to oil,water, solvent and high pressure oil and good compressibility, abrasion

resistance and elongation.

Neoprene CR (Neoprene, Polychloroprene)

is formed by polymerization of chlorobutene monomer. The vulcanized rubber has elastic abrasion

resistance, is not afraid of direct sunlight, has particularly good weather resistance, is not afraid of

severe distortion and refrigerant, is resistant to dilute acid and silicone grease lubricating oil, but is

not resistant to phosphate ester hydraulic oil. It is easy to crystallize,harden and has poor storage

stability at low temperature. It has large expansion in mineral oil with low aniline point
Temperature:-50-150 °C.

Styrene-butadiene rubber (styrene butadiene copolymer)

Compared with natural rubber, polymer of butadiene and styrene has uniform quality, less impurities

and better resistance to wear and aging. However, the mechanical strength is weak and can be

blended with natural rubber.
Advantages: low-cost non-oil resistant material, good water resistance, good elasticity under hardness

70, poor compressibility at high hardness.
Weakness: It is not recommended to use in strong acids, ozone, oils, fats and oils and most hydrocarbons.

Widely used in tire industry, shoe industry, cloth industry and conveyor belt industry.
