The Microchip Power Distribution Switches, Load Drivers MIC2026-1YM is a series of high side single channel (2 outputs) power switches that offer both low on resistance and precise voltage level Interfacing. It features a slew rate control that prevents droop in output voltage, a precise status flag at the output and a low noise regulator to maintain performance.

The MIC2026-1YM can operate from a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and can provide up to 1.25A of continuous output current. It is also designed to meet the highest standards of functionality and performance in temperaturesranging from -40°C to 85°C.
