NTC(Negative Temperature Coefficient) thermistors are manufactured from sintered metal oxides. Each thermistor consists of a combination of two to four of the following materials: manganese, nickel, cobalt and copper. NTC thermistors are semiconductor resistors that exhibit decreasing resistancecharacteristics with increasing temperature.
