Description:

The 3144 series of Hall switch integrated circuits apply the Hall effect principle and adopt the semiconductor integrated technology to manufacture the magnetic sensitive circuit. It is composed of voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, Schmitt trigger, temperature compensation circuit and integrated circuit. The magnetic sensor circuit composed of the output stage with open electrodes, the input is the magnetic induction intensity, and the output is a digital voltage signal.
