DBY3 electric diaphragm pump product introduction
DBY electric diaphragm pump is a new type of pump. In recent years,
due to breakthroughs made in diaphragm material, it is used in
petrochemical, ceramics, metallurgy and other industries. It is
characterized by no need to irrigate water and has a self-priming

the pump itself has no shaft seal, so the service life is greatly

media, the diaphragm is divided into chloroprene rubber, fluorine

pump body can be divided into cast iron, stainless steel,
fluorine-lined, engineering plastics, aluminum alloy, PVDF and

DBY Electric Diaphragm Pump Ordering Instructions:

diaphragm, ball and ball seat are nitrile rubber.
The original stainless steel diaphragm, the ball and the ball seat
are neoprene.
The diaphragm, ball and ball seat of fluorine-lined pump are
tetrafluoroethylene.
Diaphragm pumps use diaphragm materials according to different
liquid media: nitrile nitrile, neoprene, fluorine rubber, PTFE,
F46.
Seal seat: Divided into nitrile nitrile, neoprene, fluorine rubber,
PTFE.
Sealing ball: Divided into nitrile, neoprene, PTFE, stainless
steel, ceramic.

DBY3 electric diaphragm pump installation preparation
1. When installing, please open the inspection window above the
pump to confirm that there is lubricating oil in the internal
structure.
2. Check whether the screw connection between the motor flange and
the pump body, and the screw connection of other installation parts
are loose.
3. Valves are allowed to be installed at the inlet and outlet of
the pump, but when a valve is installed at the discharge port, a
safety valve must be installed in front of the valve.
