Hydraulic pump motor testing machine is used for checking and proofreading excavator hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor and hydraulic valve, hydraulic cylinder etc. It also can conduct hydraulic system's breakdown diagnosis.

Test Item:
1).Displacement checking testing : No-load Pressure, determination of displacement.
2).Volumetric Efficiency/Total Efficiency Testing: Under the rated conditions,test volumetric efficiency and total efficiency.
3).Overload Testing: Max.displacement, nominal Speed,125% of the rated pressure, or max. pressure operation more than 1 minute.
4).External Leakage: in the above testing, check the leakage of sealing parts.
