Cement mixer hydraulic pumps basic introduction:

Cement mixer hydraulic pump working principle: Hydraulic pump can produce hydraulic through tubing to the hydraulic motor, hydraulic motor to convert hydraulic energy into kinetic energy and through reducer slow down and increase torque, transfer to the mixing tank, by adjusting the servo controller angle of hydraulic pump so as to realize reversing and speed of the drum, in order to realize concrete loading, mixing, stirring, discharging and other operations.

Series 20 Axial Piston Variable Displacement Pumps are well engineered and easy to handle.
Mixer hydraulic pumps can be connected with other additional pumps.
When mixer hydraulic pumps operated mechanically, the servo displacement can control and keep the angle of swash plate and pump displacement.
Upon release of the control handle, swash plate of mixer hydraulic pump return to zero position automatically and the flow reduces to zero.
Servo valve of piston pump can connect function regulators and remote control systems.
