Manual Laying Nest are customized for layer & broiler under ground-breeding system. This Laying Nest is designed with Vent holes both on the left & right side, which guarantees good ventilation. In avoid chicken stand on the top of the Laying Nest, there is anti-roost pole for customers’ choice. One set of 24 Holes Manual Laying Nest can serve 96 Hens.

● Laying Nest are made of Excellent Hot-dip Galvanized sheet,( zinc coating weight is 275g/㎡) 0.5mm thickness, Which effectively avoids the rusting.

● Base Support can be made by PP plastic or Hot-dip Galvanized sheet; Rubber Manual Pallet can be offered as per customers’ request.

● Footboard is made by excellent wood, Smooth & Straight, anti-corrosion. & Stingless.

● Double layer design, Hole size is extended by 40mm both in Height & Width on the basis of Standard.
