The Microwave Vacuum Sintering Furnace HY-ZK4516 is standard multifunctional furnace with large heating space, fast heating speed, high heating efficiency and good product property, which makes it an ideal choice for microwave sintering.

HY-ZK4516 is capable of continuously maintaining high vacuum degree, which is especially suitable for synthesis or sintering process requiring for high vacuum condition.

HY-ZK4516 is equipped with a water cooling system and the vacuum degree can reach up to less than 10-3Pa.

Upon request, HY-ZK4516 can work continuously under 1550°C in atmosphere and 1450°C in vacuum.

  • Applications

Apart from vacuum sintering process, HY-ZK4516 can also be applied to thermal treatment of metal materials required for high vacuum and protective atmosphere.

HY-ZK4516 has a robust construction and offers rapid and highly consistent heating procress in controlled atmosphere, which is suitable or numerous heavy duty industrial and laboratory applications.
