The biggest feature of hot melt adhesive mesh and double-sided adhesive lining is that it has excellent air permeability. For example, in fabric compounding, the glue will not completely block the mesh of the fabric after melting, so that it can still have good air permeability, which is also a feature that other adhesives such as hot melt adhesive film do not have.
In addition to good air permeability, the hot melt adhesive mesh film has less influence on the feel of the fabric when it is laminated. This is because the production process of the hot melt adhesive mesh film determines its lower gram weight per square meter that it is said that the glue content is lower, and there are gaps between the glue molecules, which further makes the fabric feel less hard. Of course, if a relatively thick hot melt adhesive mesh is used, the impact on the hand will be greater.
