what is Hot Dipped Galvanizedsteel grating ? -- Steel grating is made by bearing bar and cross bar according to the flat-steel weft arrangement, in high-pressure spacing on resistance welder welded by cutting, incision, opening, overlock process such as processing and into customer requirements finished products.

Bearing Bars – Load carrying main elements made from steel, aluminum, or stainless steel, extending in the direction of the grating span.
Bearing Bar Centers – The distance center-to-center of the bearing bars.
Cross Bars – The connecting bars which extend across the bearing bars, usually
perpendicular to them. They may be bent into a corrugated or
sinuous pattern and, where they intersect the bearing bars, are
welded, forged or mechanically locked to them.
Cross Bar Centers – The distance center-to-center of the cross bars.

Generally the samples will be sent immediately by the air express in 3~5 days if the goods are in stock .Normally within 30 days or according to your order .

Usually 30 %as deposit .70%before shipment by T/T,western union acceptable for small account and L/C acceptable for large amount .
