Mitigation measures to avoid or lessen the damage to resources would include SE-1 through SE-6, outlined in section. Once equestrian activities have been removed and the area has been reclaimed by grading and replanting, the soil would not be exposed to the factors that contributed to erosion, compaction and nutrient inputs. 

This would result in long-term, localized, positive impacts to the soil.
