Introduction:
1.The DZL type biomass boiler produced by the company is a
horizontal three-return tubular boiler. The combustion process of
the fuel can be briefly described as follows: the automatic feeding
device can throw the biomass fuel into the furnace, and after the
fuel is fully burned in the furnace, the high-temperature smoke
enters the front smoke through two sets of airfoil flues arranged
on both sides of the furnace. The box is then inserted into the
rear smoke box through a threaded tube that is inserted into the
drum. It is then drawn into the flue, dust collector and chimney by
an induced draft fan and finally discharged to the atmosphere. The
boiler is safe and stable in operation, easy to operate, and low in
failure rate.
2.The main features of biomass boiler: running environmental
protection, saving fuel, automatic fuel addition, automatic slag
removal, variable frequency adjustment of blower induced draft fan,
fully automatic operation of boiler, automatic adjustment of fuel
quantity according to load change, stable steam output.

4. It is strongly advocated to use industrial boilers fueled by
renewable biomass pellets, which not only reduces energy
consumption, but also greatly reduces emissions of carbon dioxide,

energy conservation advocated by China and the world.
Precautions of Biomass boiler use
1.The specific operation of the boiler should be carried out
according to the product manual to ensure the safety of the
operators and equipment.
2. Before starting the boiler, check the power supply, voltage,
water source, fuel abnormality, close the drain valve, open the
water supply valve, and check whether the flue is unobstructed. In
addition, check the pressure of the furnace body and the operation
of the make-up pump to confirm whether the motor can work normally.
Check the working condition of the water pump. If the pump fan
blade is stuck, remove the fan blade back cover and turn the motor
shaft to the flexible state. After all the above devices have been
confirmed, they can be turned on.
3. When the user repairs the boiler or replaces the accessories,
the power must be cut off to avoid danger to the operator.
4.The electric control box, burner, pump motor and other parts
should avoid moisture ingress to prevent burning, and the boiler
should be kept clean.
5.This product belongs to biomass/fired steam boiler. Please be
sure to install water softener when using this equipment according
to the boiler water quality requirements. Because the hard water
quality will cause boiler fouling, it will cause tube explosion
when it is serious. Shorten the life of the boiler. Failure to use
the water treatment equipment as required to cause damage to the
boiler is not covered by the warranty.
6. Please pay attention to the timed sewage when using the steam
boiler. Discharge at least once a day and discharge at a pressure
of 0.15 MPa to 0.25 MPa. This can effectively prevent pipe
blockage. In addition, the sewage pipe should be connected
according to the regulations, beware of the operator's burns.
7. If the user asks the company's technical personnel to come to
the door, the boiler should be carefully inspected according to the
instructions. Because if it is not the quality of the product
during the warranty period, the request for on-site service is a
paid service.
8.The safety valve should be regularly checked for flexibility.
Pull the lever of the safety valve at least once a month to check
its flexibility of jumping and returning. The safety valve should
be regularly checked by professionals every year.
