Product Features
1. The boiler is divided into two parts, one part includes the boiler body and the steel frame upper furnace wall, and the other part includes coal hopper, chain grate, base steel frame and lower furnace wall. Except for the middle partition wall construction, the other components are assembled and shipped. The tail cast iron economizer and the air duct of the boiler are shipped with the furnace.
2. The burning part adopts light chain grate, and the two sides enter the air. There are six independent air chambers under the grate, and there are air conditioning mechanisms on both sides of the air chamber. The air is blown into the lower part of the base by the blower, and the mouth is adjusted by the wind. The machine enters the independent wind room.
3. The upper furnace wall is assembled and factoryized by the factory. The lower furnace wall is composed of refractory brick, silicate fiber and thermal insulation material. The fuel enters the furnace through the gate, and the coal slag falls into the slag hopper during the operation of the grate. Finally discharged by the spiral slag machine.
Features of product automatic control and fault protection
1. Boiler steam pressure automatic adjustment system
The boiler steam pressure automatic regulation system control
system enters the working state, and the system works normally when
the combustion conditions are met. Once the steam pressure in the
boiler is above the set upper pressure limit, the control system
outputs a stop signal until the steam pressure returns to normal.
2. Water supply automatic control system
The water pump is started and the water supply system works
normally. The water level difference sensor detects the water level
signal and keeps the water level of the drum stable, thus
maintaining normal steam generation. At the same time, the water
level adjustment meter can clearly display the boiler water level.
3. Manual control system
The pump can be manually controlled by the manual touch button on the control panel.
Fault diagnosis and processing system features
The system can monitor the current working conditions of the gas
steam boiler in real time, and carry out real-time and
comprehensive intelligent fault identification and processing. The
control system is capable of diagnosing and processing the
following faults in real time.
1. Steam pressure over-limit protection: When the steam in the pot
is over-pressure, the control system immediately enters the
equipment to stop working, and the sound and light alarm is given.
The screen displays “Vapor pressure is extremely high”. Until the
fault is eliminated, press the reset button to cancel the alarm
state.
2. Water shortage protection: When the boiler has a low water level
failure due to pump failure or other reasons, the control system
immediately turns off the burner power supply, enters the
interlocking state, sound and light alarm until the fault is
eliminated, and then press the reset button to cancel the alarm
state.
3. Boiler water level over-limit protection: When the water level
is higher than the upper limit warning water level, the sound and
light alarm. Prompt "the water level in the pot is too high", the
display prompts drainage, and the pump starts to drain. The fault
is automatically restored after the fault is eliminated, and the
pump stops working.
4. Pump motor overload: When the pump motor over-current, the heat
will continue to operate, and the pump motor power will be cut off.
2.5 Control cabinet power failure: When the power supply fails, the
control system immediately shuts down all equipment in the failed
cabinet. After the power is restored, the control cabinet needs to
be manually started after it is determined to be normal to ensure
the safety of the equipment.
