Central Heating Boilers Structural features
1. Central Heating Boilers type is a horizontal quick-install boiler, and the water circulation mode is natural circulation. The boiler heat exchange system is composed of a drum, left and right header, and a water-cooled wall, and the main heating surface is designed to install a furnace water wall. In addition, the main heating section of the boiler is made of a seamless steel pipe for 20# low and medium pressure boiler, and the drum is made of special steel plate for boiler. The left and right headers are made of seamless steel tubes.
2. Central Heating Boilers' design process solves the corrosion problem caused by biomass fuel such as coal or straw, which greatly prolongs the service life of the boiler system and effectively reduces the customer's use cost.
3. The Central Heating Boilers has good fuel adaptability, and the multi-type soft and hard straw can not only achieve the purpose of stable combustion but also can smoothly reach the design parameters.
4. The Central Heating Boilers has good dynamic response capability, convenient starting, fast load-lifting rate; boiler combustion device has no moving parts, and the maintenance cost is low.
5. Avoid drum bag defects: the riser pipes of the two sides of the header are pulled toward the furnace, and the bottom of the drum is introduced below the bottom of the drum and the bottom of the drum covered with the heat insulating material forms the heating surface of the top of the furnace. The bottom of the drum is successfully solved by the novel furnace structure. Subject to high-temperature flame radiation problems, to avoid "bulk bag" defects.
6. The burning part adopts light chain grate, and the air enters on both sides. There are six independent air chambers under the grate. There are air conditioning mechanisms on both sides of the air chamber. The air is blown into the lower part of the base by the blower. The wind machine enters the independent wind room.
7. The upper furnace wall is assembled and factorized by the factory. The lower furnace wall is composed of refractory brick, silicate fiber, and thermal insulation material. The fuel enters the furnace through the gate, and the coal slag falls into the slag hopper during the operation of the grate. Finally discharged by the spiral slag machine.
8. The water circulation is simple, the structure of the pressure-bearing parts is reasonable, and it can be safely operated under the condition of ensuring water quality. At the same time, high-standard, high-quality auxiliary machines, accessories and automatic control equipment are used to ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler.
9. The Central Heating Boilers adopts aluminum silicate and centrifugal glass wool as insulation materials, which have good heat preservation performance, light weight and convenient transportation and installation.
