ESCL series slitter and CTL combined lines combine a slitter and a shear into one line. They not only can do slitting and recoiling but also cut-to-length and stacking of coil material.

5. Double edge slitting unit.
It is for slitting scrape edge of the hot rolled steel plate to get the exact width for light pole.
It is base on the rolling shearing principle to cut the steel sheet. There is a dolly in the front of the slitting unit. It is for control the straight cutting. By change the position of the slitting blade to get different width fr different size light pole sheet.

6. Taper slitting unit
The taper slitting machine is base on the rolling shearing principle to cut the steel sheet. There is a dolly in the front of the slitting unit. It is for control the taper cutting degree. By change the position of the stopper on dolly to control the taper slitting rate.
