Z4 series DC motors can be widely used in various industrial sectors such as metallurgical industry rolling mills, metal cutting machine tools,
papermaking, dyeing and weaving, printing, cement, plastic extrusion machinery, etc. drag. For different specifications, the range of constant motion rate and weak magnetic upward speed regulation can reach 1.0-3.0 times of the rated speed, and the constant torque reduces the armature voltage and the downward speed regulation can be as low as 20r/min.
The external installation dimensions of this series of motors conform to the IEC72 international standard except for the axial dimension 'B' between the two foot holes.
The performance and technical requirements of this series of motors
can be assessed in accordance with the International
Electrotechnical Commission standard, IEC34-1 or the West German
national standard DIN57530.
This series of motors adopts a polygonal structure with high space
utilization. The stator yoke is laminated type, suitable for
rectifier power supply, and can withstand the working conditions of
pulsating current and rapid current change (load change). The poles
are installed with precise positioning and therefore good
commutation.
The insulation grade of the motor is F, and the reliable insulation
structure and impregnation process are adopted to ensure stable
insulation performance and good heat dissipation.
This series of motors has the characteristics of small size, good
performance, light weight, high output power, high efficiency and
high reliability, and can compete with the motors of the
international advanced level.
The motor can work for a long time without an external smoothing
reactor with a three-phase fully-controlled bridge rectifier power
supply. The motor with a rated voltage of 160V is powered by a
single-phase bridge power supply. At this time, the armature
circuit must be connected to a reactor to suppress the pulsating
current. The inductance value is shown in the table.
2. Structure Introduction
The Z4 series DC motor adopts an octagonal fully laminated
structure, which not only has a high space utilization rate, but
also can withstand dynamic current and rapid load current changes
when powered by a static rectifier.
The basic cooling method of the motor is IC06, that is, the external ventilation with its own blower; it can also be IC17, that is, the cooling air inlet is a pipe, and the outlet is a louver exhaust; it can also be IC37, that is, the cooling air inlet and outlet are pipes. And there are many derivative forms, such as self-ventilation type, axial fan type, closed type, air/air cooler type, etc. See Table 1 for the cooling air volume, air pressure and fan motor power required for each frame size motor. The basic protection level of the entire series of motors is IP21S.
The position of the motor outlet box is viewed from the transmission end (not the commutator end) on the right side of the frame (ie the front box). If the user requires the outlet box to be placed on the other side of the frame, indicate the reverse box when ordering. The motor shaft is basically a single shaft extension, and the direction of the shaft facing the outlet box (positive box) is the left shaft. If the user needs, it can also be made into double shaft extension. The basic direction of rotation of the shaft is viewed from the commutator end as counterclockwise. The transmission mode of the motor is elastic coupling. It can also be used in a transmission mode with a certain radial force (belt or gear transmission), and the allowable radial force should not be greater than the value on the curve in Appendix B.
3. Instructions for ordering
1. Before placing an order, please check the product sample to
determine the model specifications and other data of the required
product, and choose the standard specification products listed in
the sample as much as possible. Please indicate the motor model,
power, voltage, rotational speed, excitation mode, excitation
voltage and structural installation form and other data in the
order contract, such as Z4-180-31 37KW 440V 1000r/min separately
excited 180V, horizontal with feet or IMB3.
2. When there are special requirements for the product, such as
double shaft extension, reverse box position of the outlet box,
reverse rotation of the shaft, etc., it should be clearly indicated
in the contract.
3. If the required varieties and specifications are not listed in
this catalog, or there are other special requirements, a contract
or trial production agreement should be signed after negotiation
and agreement between both parties.
4. Except for the shaft extension key of the motor, all accessories
are not included in the scope of supply. If users need accessories
or spare parts, such as brushes, brush holders, etc., please
indicate the required accessories or spare parts in the contract in
advance. Name specification and quantity.
5. If the use environment is special, it needs to be made into a
humid tropical type, please indicate "TH" after the original model.
