Portable Variable Resonant Withstand Voltage Test Set , For 35KV &10KV Cable Test , 30~300Hz Test Frequency
I. Product Usage :
This test set model FKTF-81KVA/27KV, 54KV is designed for
10KV / 35KV class XLPE cable ,power transformer,
CB,CT/PT, busbar in 35KV power substation to perform on-site AC withstand voltage test with variable frequency resonant circuit
technology; the highest test voltage is no more than 27KV ,54KV;
test frequency: 30-300Hz; the duty cycle is no more than 60mints.
it can help customers to perform preventive test or hand-over
test on AC withstand voltage test
Test range of the set is as following:transformer
1. 500m of 35kV/300mm2 cable, test frequency 30-300Hz, test voltage 52kV, test time 60min.
2, 2000m of 10kV/300mm2 cable , test frequency 30-300Hz, test voltage 22kV, test time 5min.
3, 10kV/31500kVA main transformer , capacitance ≤ 0.015uF, test frequency 40-300Hz, test voltage 54kV, test time 1min.
4, CB,CT/PT, busbar in 35KV power substation , test frequency 40-300Hz, test voltage does not exceed 95kV, test time 1min.
The whole test set consists of variable frequency power source , excitation transformer , 3pieces of reactors, and high voltage measurement devider(capacitive voltage divider). This type of test set is most suitable for 35KV power sub-station

Cross-linked cables with voltage of 10KV,35KV；
Features:
The test is with variable frequency resonance way, and the reactor is with cordwood structure.
Test frequency:30～300HZ or 35～75HZ；
Output voltage waveform is sine waveform,Waveform deviation factor≤1％；
Easy connection and operation；
Small size and light weight of each component is easy for carry and field test；
It has an intelligent variable frequency power supply, with high automaticity and protective function.
