Yankee Hood 

High-speed hot air Yankee hood is a kind of drying device which combines contact drying and convection drying. The device adopts the principle of contact drying and impact drying. That is, heat transfer to paper occurs because of high-speed and high temperature hot air convection, and at the same time hot air is blown to the paper vertically. Then the air film on paper surface is destroyed and its thickness is reduced. So the heat transfer coefficient is much better, which improves the capacity and drying ability greatly. The device plays an irreplaceable rule in tissue paper production, in which the bulkness and softness are improved remarkably.

DY-type Yankee Hood

Its dryer has strong evaporation ability and is applicable to cylinder vat machine and fourdrinier machine. 

SY-type High Efficient Gas Hood

Consistes of cowl, duct, air distributor, air returning system, is applied to high speed tissue paper machine. The device can remove moisture and the lint in the hood can be turned up by high-temperature hot air to reduce jam so as to improve the production ability of paper machine.
