A: Splash, water,and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and
resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Liquid damage
is not covered under warranty.
Q2. Why not response when pressing the power button?
A: Please check if the battery has been exhausted. As the battery may
still discharge during transportation, it is recommended that you
charge the helmet for 3 to 4 hours before using it.
Q3. Helmet liner can be cleaned?
A: Yes, Our helmets are PA webbing and washable pads.
Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A: 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos
of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
