Nystatin is a polyene antibiotic, was discovered in 1950 soil microorganism Streptomyces noursei can secrete a kind of anti mold material, so as to found the first mold of antibiotic resistance.Has a large conjugated polyene nystatin.Ring lactone structure, can inhibit the activity of the bacteria fungi and leather moss, had no effects on bacteria.

1.Function: it is mainly used for internal and outside the treatment of digestive tract fungal infection or used for surface skin fungal infection.Fungal gastritis such as cattle, chickens and turkeys feed capsule fungal disease, caused by aspergillus, mucor mastitis, breast tube perfusion.

2.Indications: oral treatment of digestive tract candida enteritis;Topically in the treatment of oral candida infection, skin mucous membrane candida infection.Vaginal candidiasis.

3.Adverse reactions: can occur after oral nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.Reduced or disappeared after drug withdrawal.After topical application may cause allergic contact dermatitis.Individual patients after vaginal application can lead to increased leucorrhea.

4.Usage and dosage: oral, adult 2 million ~ 4 million U/day, four times;Children of 50000 ~ 100000 U/time, 3 ~ 4 times/day.

5.Note: with nystatin allergy is disabled.Pregnancy category B.Mixed suspension agent at room temperature is not stable, should be fresh made.This oral except candida enteritis, should not be used as other deep fungal disease treatment.This product for the whole body.
