It's a Bungee run and basketball game all wrapped into one. Two players get harnessed up to a bungee cord. When the attendant blows the whistle or gives that command to start, each player grabs a basketball and races down their lane to see who can make the basket before the bungee cords reaches the end and blasts the player back to the start of the game.
