Heating plaster consists of a traditional mix of Chinese medicinal herbs, enveloped in a sachet made of orange tree bark. On the side facing the body, it is covered with a black layer composed of a carbon-iron mixture. This layer is covered with minerals that are vital for the human organism.

Step1. Pull apart the vacuum packing

Step2. Bring out the warmer pad; pull apart the paper on the adhesive layer

Step3. Stick the adhesive layer onto your OUTSIDE of your underclothes. Never use it directly on your skin!

Step4. After your using it, just remove it.

• Contraindication:

Patients of malignant tumor, high fever, active tuberculosis, damaged skin do not use.

• Directions:

1. open the sealed package and apply the plaster to the affected area. Before using , make sure that the skin in the area is clean ,dry and without wound .

2. Since the plaster will generate heat immediately as met with oxygen , please do not open the sealed package until you are ready to apply the plaster. In order to speed up the heating effect, please rub the plaster with your hand for half to one minute before applying it

3.Wait at least one day after treatment before applying a new plaster.
