1. If I order this product now, when will I receive it?

Uusually we will send out your product within 3 working days. The shipping days needs 15~60 working days to arrive. If you need it urgently, please contact us before you pay, we could use quicker shipping method but price will higher.

2. I need this for my bedroom with underfloor heating cable, will it work?

This thermsotat can control 3500W max. Please calculate the cable total power and compare. It is ok if power is less than 3500W.

3. Why it doesn't work when I receive it?

All thermostats before sent out are severely tested. If there is really any thermostat that does't work, please contact us within 7 days since you receive it. If turned out to be our responsbility, we will send you a new one for free or negotiate partial refund or full refund(excluding freight).
