Product Details

Preparation

1. The carbohydrate aqueous solution obtained from food grade acid and/or enzymatic hydrolysis of corn starch was purified and condensed. Because of the different degree of hydrolysis, the amount of d-glucose can vary widely. The corn starch is known as "corn syrup".

 

2. Glucose can be made from starch and hydrolyzed by hydrochloric acid or dilute sulphuric acid. It can also be made by starch glycosylase.
