PPC horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge is a horizontal, auto-controlled continuous running, batch operational filtration scraper discharge (siphon) filtering centrifuge. It uses the dual function of the centrifugal force and siphon exhaust to add filter impetus, speeden the filter, so that can shorten the separating time, to gain higher capacity and lower humidity of filter residue.

Main application

In addition to the general used for fine grain solid-liquid separation, more suitable for small solid phase particle size and low concentration, great viscosity, and requires low filter cake humidity materials,
especially suitable for large load production and needs fully washed solid and liquid separation.
PPC series peeler centrifuge is widely used in such industries as chemical, food, light industry, pharmaceutical, starch etc. It is suitable for separating suspension containing large-size or medium size or small size particles such as sulphuric, ammonia, carbonic ammonia, PVC, tomato starch etc.

PPCS siphon peeler centrifuge is designed on the common peeler
centrifuge basics.By the siphon to increasethe force pushes the clarified liquid passing through the
filtration medium into the liquid chamber, the liquidis drained out of the basket through the sucker. Adjusting the
position of sucker could change the liquidlevel in the suction chamber to adjust the force of filtration,
speed, output, dryness of the solid cake andeffectiveness of cleaning.Set a recoil fitting, pour washing liquid into the suction chamber
and the overflow chamber if it needs. Washing liquid flowing into
the basket will resume the filtering performance of the filtration
medium when it passed through it.
Siphone peeler centrifuges are suitable for massively processing of
the highly sticky slurry with free moisture soilds cake. It can be
applicable to separating amylum, sodium bicarbonate and calcium
phosphate.
