Introduction

According to the characteristics of the material and the amount of evaporation, it can be designed as a single-effect or multi-effect evaporation unit.

Features

suitable for materials with large viscosity and large amount of
crystallization.
Working Principle
The raw steam of the boiler enters the shell side of the heating chamber. After the liquid in the column is heated, the liquid level rises, and the liquid is sprayed from the nozzle into the evaporation chamber for vapor-liquid separation. The liquid is returned from the circulation pipe to the lower part of the heating chamber and heated, and the liquid is heated. It is sprayed into the evaporation chamber to form a circulation. The liquid is concentrated to a certain extent, and is discharged from the discharge port after being determined by sampling. The secondary steam evaporated from the evaporation chamber is eliminated by the defoamer and then passed through the vapor-liquid separator. Some of the liquid is returned to the evaporation chamber, and the remaining secondary steam is cooled by the condenser and the cooler to form a liquid, and then enters the liquid receiving tank. The condensed gas is extracted by a vacuum pump.
