2. What is the MOQ?
The MOQ is 1 unit. You can order one unit of our machine to test its quality at firsttime, and then order more.

3. Do you accept OEM service?
Sure, we can do OEM and ODM cooperation. But the quantity of the
order should be more than 5 units for big machines,( or 10 units of
portable machines)
4. How can I operate the machine?
Most of our machines are color touch screen, some ones are
key-press control. All of them are very easy to operate. We will
send the User Manual with the machine to you, and if it is first
time to operate the machine, we will make a video for you. At last,
when you get the machine, you can contact with us any time any way
if you have any difficult to operate.
5. What is the payment method?
We accept T/T bank transfer; Western Union
6. What is the delivery time?
Usually we will send the machine 3 to 7 days after payment, if the
order is large or do OEM cooperation, it will cost about 5 to 20
days according the quantity.
