Our formwork wing nut have different size with 115*115mm,140*110mm,120*120mm available. We can also produce the formwork wing nut according to client's request

1st. Raw Materials Inspection-Testing size & property of raw materials, like steel tubes, plates etc.

2nd. Equipments & Tools Inspection-Before mass production, produce small quantity to make sure the machines & tools & fixtures are good for mass production.

3rd. Production Processing Inspection-During producing, we need to do the inspection at random, to make sure all the things are right.

4th. Semi-finished Products Inspection-After producing, make inspection, to make sure the products are qualified and feasible to do the next proceed- surface treatment.

5th. Final inspection-Include testing of sizes, geometry, surface, mechanical property, assembly and packing & loading.
