The main purposes of using the Rotavapor in kitchens are to concentrate non-volatile components in a mixture. An example would be removing water from blood orange juice to leave behind pure, fresh flavours. Another use would be to extract desirable flavours and volatile aromas from a blend of fruit, herbs and alcohol without excessive heat.
1. Patented technology of double sealing of Teflon(PTFE) and FV
rubber ensures the negative pressure level.
2. Automatic switch valve makes continuous collection possible
without affecting vacuum degree and without stopping distillation.
3. Teflon discharge valve is corrosion resistant and contamination
free.
4. Water bath jacket protecting operator from scalding by hot
liquid.
In order to meet the conditions of explosive gas environment, we
designed explosion-proof Rotavapors.
1. All of the motors, heaters and electric control boxes are
explosion-proof type. The Ex grade is dIIBT4.
2. The electric control box is installed independently and easy to
operate.
3. Other parts are as same as standard Rotavapors.
