The Zhengzhou Greatwall R-series 5L/10L/20L/50L Rotary Evaporator with Explosion Proof Function feature a simple and reliable modular design, making it one of the most reliable rotary evaporators in industry. Their open and straight-forward structure also makes them extremely easy to maintain and repair. Moreover, these evaporators are designed with various safety features(dry-run protection, water bath over-temperature shut-off protection, and fuse protection). For hazardous environment, our R-series EX(explosion-proof) model is rated for Exd II BT4.

Large capacity and large opening of evaporating flask give larger evaporation surface. The evaporating flask keeps rotating when it is constantly heated by water bath, with pressure relief device to make the solvent evaporated more efficiently. It can be used for pilot-scale production in biology engineering, pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry and food processing. It usually works with water circulating vacuum pump, diaphragm vacuum pump, recirculating chiller, constant-temperature circulator, low temperature circulating pump, etc.

• Patented technology of double sealing of Teflon(PTFE) and FV rubber can ensure the negative pressure indicators.
• Vacuum switch valve makes continuous collection possible without affecting system negative pressure indicators and solvent distillation.

• All the rotary evaporators will be carefully packed in plywoods cases, with proper cushion inside the package. Glass parts and main machine are packaged seperately by two cases.
