LED:

GPS LED	Green LED Flashing stands for GPS signal IS normal. Green LED always is on stands for no GPS signal. Green LED is dark stands for sleeping mode or no power.
GSM LED	Blue( Flashing stands for GSM Signal is ok) Blue LED always is on stands for can not search GSM signal Blue LED is dark stands for no power or sleeping mode

Steps of installation:

1. Please buy one 2G GSM SIM Card and open GPRS function
2. Open the back cover,insert a SIM card to SIM Card Slot.
2. Turn on battery switch the device starts to work.
3. Connect the power cable with the interface of device. Now theree LED lights will lighting. Make sure the
receiving side face up, without any metal object shelter. The LED lights will glashing after 1 to 5mins.
It shows working normally.
4. Close the back cover. Set the IP address and APN, if APN has user name and password, you have to send APN setting command.
5. Please ask professional technical to connect wires and install to the vehicle. After correct installation.
the REd LED will falshing, 1 min. Later the Blue Led will falshing too. That shows installing completely.
