What is the Pultrusion profiles ?

Pultrusion profiles are widely used in every electrical equipment such as transformer /UPS/inverter etc. , this series products have so many shapes such as L /U channel/E shape/dogbone shape and corner bone shape . All of them used to the insulation supporting parts in every electrical equipment , especially every kinds of the electrical cabinet . The composite material are similar to the GPO-3 sheet , but only fiber glass different . GPO-3 is the glass fiber mat and pultrusion profiles is glass fiber gloving .

This material have very strong bending strength properties due to the glass fiber gloving in it .Actually , we will surround the glass fiber mat on the surface around the shapes to increase the mechanical strength when producing this material .

Pultrusion profiles include so many shapes , each shape has its own application . L shape is usually used for support on the corner . Normally , the cabinet of electrical has the corner and it needed struck of insulating material . Dogbone and corner bone shape are usually used for intertwine varnished wire around the surface . Because the pultrusion material have the advantage on the production cost , all of them are lower than machined by laminated sheet directly . The pultrusion profiles were produced from the mold directly , it no need machined the groove and grinded . Further more , all of the profiles are save the raw material , they are the environmental protection material . As soon as we know , most of the cabinet need the profiles , for example , transformer , UPS , inverter etc. it has the same heat resistance and meet F class .
