4. Main Technical Advantages

Adopt explosion-proof electric control box, independently develop a single-chip microcomputer control system or customize a PID intelligent digital controller, accurately control the heating temperature, and set multi-program control for recycling multiple solvents. Unique multi stage temperature segmented control, accurate digital display of heat transfer oil, steam temperature, recovery time, etc., with constant temperature function and fault display;
3. The explosion-proof heater, explosion-proof oil temperature sensor, and steam sensor have passed explosion-proof certification;
4. The trough is a double layer structure, indirectly heated by heat transfer oil, with a pressure free sealing design, and a barrel wall thickness of 2.0-5.5mm;
The cooling system adopts a red copper condenser equipped with a dedicated three-phase asynchronous explosion-proof motor;
6. The sealing gasket is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, seamless, high temperature resistant, and corrosion resistant;

8. Automatic timed shutdown protection: When the device reaches the set time, it automatically stops heating and the cooling fan continues to work;

Overtemperature protection: When the oil temperature exceeds the set temperature of the high temperature alarm controller, the equipment will give a high temperature alarm and automatically stop working;
11. Overpressure protection: When the passage pressure is higher than 0.4 Bar, the pressure relief valve begins to relieve pressure;
