Overview
The instrument is suitable for measuring the size and shape characteristics of various wall tiles and floor tiles. The measured parameters include the straightness, straight angle and flatness of the tile (central curvature, edge curvature, warpage), etc. Several indicators. The principle and structure
The instrument consists of a support plate, a movable left support and a right support to form a Cartesian coordinate system. On the slab, there are three contour support pins that are similar in shape to the ceramic tile and a standard plate of the desired size, and the meter value is adjusted to the appropriate position and the value is noted. Then, the standard plate is replaced by the ceramic tile to be tested, and six index parameters are respectively measured without moving the measuring point. The left and right supports and the central measuring support can be moved in parallel on the flat plate to form space coordinates at different positions to adapt to the measurement of ceramic tiles of different specifications.
