Description:

This Auto PVB Processing Line is composed of two functions, PVB stretching, and auto cutting. The PVB

film first load into the heating and molding by the cone type and then air drying and cooling, finally auto

cutting.

The whole line mechanical parts described as below:

Feed-in Part → Heating Part → Transfer Part → Cooling Part → Compaction Part → Cutting Part

→ Unloading Part

• This line can both handle PVB Rolls with and without an interlayer.
• The auto cutting angle 0°- 25°, the angel can be adjusted by the angle ruler.
• The main frame adopts Q235, the parts in touch with PVB film and air system adopts S304 stainless steel.
• PVB film deviation rectifier for transfer conveyor adopts German E+L device.
• Heating elements adopt far infrared heating tubes.
• The cooling part is equipped with an independent cooling tower.
• Control cabinet: GB GGD standard cabinet.
• Cables: heating parts adopt 1200° high-temperature proof wires, and other parts are high-quality national wires.
