What EVA Film？

EVA film is a EVA stands for Ethylene Vinyl Acetate. It is a copolymer resin. The resin, together with a number of ingredients, is heated and mixed thoroughly and is then extruded through a flat die. EVA film is then formed.

Today's architectural trends, which use an increasing amount of glass, are leading to a diversified demand in laminated glass. While safety and security remain important, aesthetics, design, and view control are also demanded as functions of glass.

Our EVA laminated glass interlayer film can be applied to safety laminating glass, decorative glass. It is distinctive in that it gives glass high design properties to match today's architectural needs.

Characteristics of EVA adhesive film:

1.Outstanding adhesive capacity: bonds well with other materials, Super compatibility with polymers and other insert media , such as PET, PC, PVC , glass , wood ,cloth , paper , liquid crystal sheet , solar cell ,etc 

2.Extremely high transparency. Its effect is equal to PVB and can be used directly in the occasion with high transparent requirement.

3.Our EVA films have the same light resistance effect with PVB, can be used in outside environment.

The water, moisture- proof property is superior than PVB, Superior low moisture ingression than PVB ,can fit for side-naked processing in high humidity environment ,outstanding heat , humidity and ultraviolet ray durability and long-term reliability

4.Better sound insulation than PVB, easy room temperature storing.
