This machine can laminate ordinary glass with rice paper, silk, cotton, Yoshiro paper, drawings, UV single-way clairvoyance, dimming films or special films to make various art glasses and decorative glass. The machine is equipped without any autoclave and hot-press. It is simple and reliable in structure.

This glass laminating machine is flexible in 2 working silicone beds and 1 heating systems, specially designed for the customers who need laminate in one sides and prepare another at the same time, in this way can improve the productivity;The heating controlling keep air pressure well and guarantee temperature increase. Three temperature controllers equipped
1 : soften the EVA film and remove the moisture in the whole set glass;
2 : melt the EVA film totally
3 : the glue well stick to the glass in high temperature .

How to make EVA film laminated glass?

1. Prepare two layer glass and one layer EVA film, and combine them together.

2. Put EVA film combined glass into the glass lamination machine to process.

3. About two hours later, then laminated glass formed.
