Brief description Agricultural Water Tank of the production process
l Raw material inspection.
l Inputting the confirmed drawing into the computer, bolt holes and openings will be cut on laser cutting machine Automatically.
l Shot blasting , steel surface is in silver white color.
l After shot blasting,steel plate need to be arch bent to a radian according to tank diameter.
l Ground coating enamel spraying. Automatic Enamel Spraying on both side of steel plates .
l After enameling and drying, then firing steel plates in the Tunnel Oven at the temperatures ranging from 830℃ -950℃.
l This process will be conduct twice.
l Surface coating enamel spraying. Automatic Enamel Spraying on both side of steel plates .
l After enameling and drying, then firing steel plates in the Tunnel Oven at the temperatures ranging from 830℃ -950℃, which facilitates the interfacial fusion reactions that combine the two materials.Coating thickness is controlled within 230 micron to 450 micron.
