 The Description of Glass Coated Steel Tanks 

Glass Coated Steel Tank also named GFS tank/Glass fused steel tank/GLS tank,GFS water tank is made of glass steel plate, special sealing materials, self-locking screws and other materials. The thickness of the enameled steel plate can reach 20mm, the most commonly used steel plate thickness is 3~10mm, the surface of the steel plate is oiled, contains rust and oxidized skin, after the pretreatment process such as shot blasting and sanding, the surface of the steel plate will become clean. In the electric furnace after 900 ℃ high temperature secondary enamel, in both sides of the steel plate coated with 0.3 mm of enamel coating, enamel coating and steel plate between a strong bond. The enamel coating not only prevents corrosion of the tank, but also has a strong acid and alkali resistance. And has extremely strong wear resistance
