battery electrodes. The equipment adopts a tension roller structure
design, automatic constant tension control of the coil separator,
and a motor driven left and right movement to achieve a zigzag
stacking. This reciprocation realizes the stacking assembly of the
entire battery cell. The separator discharge adopts constant
tension, and there is an electrode automatic correction function
during the discharge process, and the discharge is neat and
consistent; it has the characteristics of high stacking efficiency
and high stacking precision. Different electrode sizes can be
realized by adjusting the fixture, which is suitable for the
research and development and sample production of stacking
lithium-ion batteries.
