The new DZH series boiler is a single cylinder-vertical water-fire tube shell boiler, and the combustion equipment is a movable grate. The water cooling wall on the left and right sides of the furnace is the radiant heating surface, the two wings of the furnace are the convection heating surface, the threaded smoke pipe convection heating surface is arranged in the boiler drum, the front and back arches are made of heat-resistant concrete cast and rammed as a whole, and the outer side of the boiler main engine is the three-dimensional protection plate shell. By burning formed biomass fuel, it can also be pure coal or mixed coal and formed biomass fuel. Compared with the traditional coal boiler, it not only has wide fuel adaptability, but also has the advantages of safe and reliable operation, low failure rate, simple operation, perfect protection function and high thermal efficiency, so it has been widely used.

Features:

1) Due to the arrangement of the rising pipe row at the lower part of the drum, the dead water area at the bottom of the drum is eliminated, so that the mud is not easy to deposit, and the high temperature area of the drum can be cooled well to prevent the lower part of the boiler shell from bulging.
(2) The use of high efficiency heat transfer threaded smoke pipe, to obtain enhanced heat transfer effect, to achieve the boiler heating, pressure boost characteristics, improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
(3) Compact structure, compared with the same type of boiler, small size, saving boiler room infrastructure investment.
(4) The high efficiency and energy saving furnace arch with heat-resistant concrete cast as a whole is used in the furnace, which improves the ignition conditions of coal and expands the adaptability of coal.
