When the water flow sensor senses the water flow, a signal is
transmitted to our main board, which gives instructions for the fan
to turn. The air produced by the rotation of the fan flows back to
the air pressure switch, and the signal is transmitted to the main
board, which gives instructions for the ignition needle and
solenoid valve to start heating, and the gas is burned to produce
exhaust gas. The exhaust gas produced by is discharged through the
fan. The resulting hot water flows out of the heat exchanger.
Working principle of gas wall hanging furnace
The working principle of gas wall hanging furnace is that natural
gas is burned in the wall hanging furnace, the hot water in the
wall hanging
furnace is heated to a certain temperature, and the water in the
wall hanging furnace is transported to the heating equipment. At
the same time,the wall hanging furnace can also heat domestic hot
water when using natural gas combustion. It can be used for heating
and bathing.
The system connection and water injection connection are performed
in the following steps
1, loosen the pump automatic exhaust valve and the system body
heating water distributor or radiator exhaust valve.
2. Open the water refill valve and system water supply valve of gas
heating hot water furnace and close the water outlet valve of
sanitary hot water.
3. When the pressure of the heating system reaches 0.1MPa (the
pressure gauge shows 1.0bar), close the water refill valve of the
gas heating hot water furnace.
4, In order to discharge the air in the pump as soon as possible,
you can start the circulating water pump repeatedly. There is air
in the system , which will cause noise and affect the normal
operation of the system. Close the exhaust valve of the water
system when it has discharged water.
Function of temperature sensor: The temperature sensor of gas wall
hanging boiler is divided into heating senses and hot water
temperature sensor, it senses the running temperature of hot water
and heating, and can obtain very accurate temperature, so that the
application of wall hanging boiler is more convenient and accurate.
When the wall mounted furnace starts, after the system pressure is
