What is the process for sourcing my parts?

1.Quality Assurance of Your Drawings

The process for sourcing CNC parts begins with your drawings. We’ll look them over to make sure everything that’s needed is there, mainly, all dimensions, tolerances, material, and finish requirements.

2. Making samples

Some clients need tight tolerance,concentricity etc.we discuss firstly drawing with technical staff and then with clients.Before starting formal machining,we will make samples to check which size is not good.After confirming everything is ok,we will start to work.

3. Inspection

Our factory has modern inspection tooling.CMM(with long probe),Taper gauge,scanner,caliper etc.

After finishing inspection,we will send reports to our clients.

4.Ensuring Proper Packing

Packing is an important consideration as unprotected metal parts are prone to rusting during transit by sea.

Generally,we make surface treatment according to clients' drawing.

If not,we will make rust prevention like coating anti-rust oil etc.

For packing box, we make sure parts can not move in the box to prevent deformation of parts like following packing .

5.We also make casting and machined parts.
