1. The capacity of fresh fruit can be customized from 60 tonnes / day to 1500 tonnes / day.

2. In addition to filling sterile bags, we can also provide metal cans, pouches, stand-up pouches, glass bottles, PET / PP containers, etc.

3. The operation is simple and human. All feeding and maintenance areas are designed with a feeding and maintenance platform to ensure operator security.

4. All materials are food standard, the main material is SUS304 or SUS316, which fully meets the requirements of food hygiene and safety.

Key process of the mango processing line

 

Now Shanghai Gofun machinery company will introduce the information of mango pulp puree or mango paste concentrate processing line to show it works.

 

1. Discharge platform

When fresh mango comes, it's usually a heavy truck, and it's very difficult if it's discharged by labor. So we design a drainage platform, use a water gun to drain fresh mangoes from the truck, and use water to deliver the fresh mangoes to the processing line. The discharge platform has another feature that allows you to pre-clean fresh mangoes before processing.

 

2. Elevator

This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.

 

3. Washing

Fresh fruits should be washed carefully before being crushed. For cleaning, you can use both a bubble cleaning machine and a brush & spray cleaning machine. If the cleaning requirements are high, you can add more cleaning steps. Ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning can be added for better cleaning effect.

4. Sorting

After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.

5. Destoning

The destoner is running with speed of 1470 r/min to crush fresh mango to make sure all the mango cores and peals are fully cleaned, which can greatly reduce the waste and improve the pulp yield. 

6. Preheating

The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step.

7. Pulper and refiner

This machine also operates at a speed of 1470 r / min, which creates centrifugal force and allows the product to pass through the screen, helping to refine the product. Two-stage pulp making machines for tomato pulp can reach 60% -75%. Normally, you use two stages, a pulper and a refiner, but the screen of each stage is different, the screen is larger in the first stage and smaller in the second stage. After pulping, the tomato skin and seeds are separated from the tomato pulp. The machine operates with high capacity and stable performance. Suitable for a wide variety of fruits such as passion fruit, tomatoes, peaches, apricots, mangoes and apples. It is easy to operate and the sieve can be replaced.

8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal

The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.

 

9. Sterilizing

The sterilizing temperature and holding time is adjustable. With this machine, we will heat the tomato paste to a very high temperature around 115℃ holding for 30s and then cooling to ambient temperature immediately. 

10. Aseptic Filling

The aseptic filling machine is a tube-type sterilizer that works with the tube. CIP and automatic SIP can be used with a sterilizer. It can be easily adjusted to suit the different capacities and sizes of sterile bags. The filling cavity is also protected by steam, making the filling environment sterile.

11. Storage or go blending

The finished product can be stored or used as the raw material to make the tomato sauce or ketchup.
