Product description of tomato processing plant
Our tomato processing production line manufactures high-quality tomato products that are perfect for a variety of culinary applications, retaining their natural flavor, color, and nutritional components.
We offer a range of tomato products including tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce. All of our products are processed using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
The production line consists of several key systems, including a fresh tomato receiving system, cleaning system, sorting system, crushing system, pulping system, filtering system, concentration system, sterilization system, and aseptic filling system. Afterwards, the tomato sauce is filled into aseptic bags and placed on a roller.
The tomato sauce in the aseptic bags can be further processed into tomato paste, sauce, and juice, and packaged in various forms including pouches, stand-up pouches, metal cans, PP containers, bottles, and tetra top packaging.

4. The final tomato sauce is packed in aseptic bags, which have a shelf life of 2 years at room temperature. This can significantly reduce transportation and storage costs.
5. All materials used are food-grade and include:Stainless steel - used for processing equipment and containers, known for its corrosion resistance, ease of cleaning, and high-temperature tolerance.All of these materials are food safety certified.
6. Apart from aseptic bag filling, we also offer packaging options such as metal cans, pouches, stand-up pouches, glass bottles, PET/PP containers, etc.
