63-630mm HDPE Pipe Making Machine

Hight-efficiency single screw extruder has 8 strandard sizes:Φ30,
Φ45, Φ65, Φ75, Φ90, Φ105, Φ120, Φ150mm, and the L/D ratio is
30:1D-37:1D Effective length. All the equipments are controlled by
the PLC/PCC smart modular, further more the automatic control,
real-time data record and closed-loop control are realizd. The
advantage are high output, high adaptability for differnt raw
material, highly stable good-quality extrusion and soon.
Process Flow:
Raw material + additive → mixing → vacuum feeding machine → hopper dryer → single screw extruder → color code extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → cooling tank → haul-off machine → cutting machine → discharging rack
