Introduction of freezing drying machine
This machine is made by a low noise antihigh temperature axial flow fan and an automatic control temperature system. The whole circulation system is fully enclosed to make that the heat efficiency of the drying machine increases from traditional 3%-7% to 35%-45%. The highest heat efficiency can reach 50%. This saves lots of energy for our country and increases the economic benefits.
Full range of freeze dryers provided: the small unit is for laboratory and home use; the medium-sized is for food and pharmaceutical drying application; the large-sized freeze dryer is for food and chemical industry which requires mass production by economic equipment with lower energy consumption. We focus on manufacturing freeze dryer for 10 years with rich installation experience in home and abroad.
Feature of freezing drying machine
1. Most of the hot air is circulated in the herbs dehydration machine.By using the forced ventilationfuntion, there are adjustable air distribution inside the oven. The materials can be dried uniformly.
2. Heating source: electricity, steam, far infrared of steam and electricity.
3. Temperature allowed with this fruit vegetable dryer heat 50°C-140°C,the maximum is 150°C. Electricity heat 50-350°C.
4. Continous de-icingWhen the trap 2 begins to catch vapor, the
trap 1 begins to melt ice on the coil during drying. After melting,
the clean coil is ready for another condensation cycle.
5. Automatic control system. Advanced intelligent control system
keeps the system running stably and reliably in a long time.
Furthermore, simple operation can be much easier to handle.

Food freeze drying equipment vegetable fruit slices vacuum freeze dryer machine
 | Working principle of freeze dry: Instead of traditional vaporization dehydration method, the vacuum
freeze drying technology is dehydrate products by sublimation
directly from ice to vapor. During the Freeze drying process, the
materials will be frozen to -18°c, then move into the vacuum drying
tank for dehydration, automatic control system will set the vacuum
and heating temperature according to the freeze drying cirve of
each products to maintain the proper circumstances for FD
processing. The materials stay in frozen status during the drying
process and water vapor will be condensed on the surface of cold
trap coils to absort the water out from the materials. |

Freeze-drying equipment style:
1, Contact freeze dryer: better for liquid material, mainly for small or mudium production.
The plates and trays are constructed by stainless steel.
2, Radiant freeze dryer: better for solid material, mainly for
mudium or large scale production.The plates and trays are constructed by aluminum, with IQF. The refrigeration is in IQF and heating on the plates, and the
material is loaded by trolley on the track system.
