The dehydrated packaging products are placed on the stainless steel mesh belt with adjustable speed continuously and enter the hood in sequence. The high-pressure and low-temperature air flow generated by the machine is ejected from the nozzle up and down, forcing the water drop to gasify instantly, so as to achieve the effect of water removal, oil stain removal and scale removal of the packaging products, which can be packed into the warehouse.
This machine is suitable for removing water after sterilization of high and low temperature meat products, vegetable products and other soft packaging products after sterilization. It is also suitable for removing surface water after cleaning vegetables. By turning over and draining water several times, and the high pressure and strong cold air blow on the upper part, the soft packaging can completely achieve the effect of water droplets on the surface (the water stored in the wrinkles on the bag surface can also be dried). This equipment is connected to the sterilizer and the speed is synchronized, the equipment is environmentally friendly and energy saving.

The flip air drying machine is used together with the sterilization
line and is placed at the back of the sterilization line. It is
applicable to the drying of sterilized high and low temperature
meat products, vegetable products and other products in bags,
boxes, bottles or leaves.
Through high pressure wind blowing, this fruit and vegetable cold
air knife drying machine can effectively remove water droplets on
the surface of material in short time, greatly shorten the time of
preparing work for labeling or packaging or other processing.
