Our company is located in Yanghe Town, Gaoming District, Foshan City, a central area of Pearl River Delta regions in China. With multiple production lines and detection devices, our annual productivity reaches up to 8000 tons.
Color master batches produced by our company can be used for film blowing, flow casting, coating, injection molding, extruding, tubes and pipes, sheets, wires and cables, spinning and other plastic products. Major categories of our plastic functional additive master batches are as below: white, red, green, purple master batches and other colors, anti-blocking agent master batches, slipping agent master batches, anti-static master batches, anti-oxygen master batches, multi-functional additive master batches and anti-fog master batches, etc.
All production of Yingfa master batches are completed in the totally enclosed workshops, so that customers could be easier to meet the sanitary requirements of food and drug packaging materials when producing the food, drugs and similar products. Meanwhile, the totally enclosed workshops are also suitable for producing low crystal point products.
We adopt double screw extruders and single screw extruders made in Germany to produce products. Currently, we possess following detection instruments: melt index tester, moisture tester, yellowing resistance tester and color difference meter, etc.
In addition, we gathered all sorts of experienced talents in research and development, color matching, production and management fields.
